Anita Zielinski

Anita Zielinski is interim chief financial officer (CFO), and senior vice president, chief accounting officer and controller. 

Zielinski was appointed interim CFO in March 2026, a role she holds in addition to the positions of senior vice president, chief accounting officer and controller, which she assumed when she joined Baxter in 2025. Before Baxter, she served in senior finance leadership roles at Sysco Corporation, most recently as senior vice president and CFO, U.S. Foodservice Operations. Earlier, she was Sysco's senior vice president and chief accounting officer. Prior to Sysco, Zielinski spent more than 20 years at Ernst & Young LLP, including as an audit partner. She is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Texas A&M University.
