Julie Foster

Julie Foster is president, Front Line Care. 

Foster joined Baxter in 2025, bringing more than 30 years of medtech and biotech experience in both large public and early-stage start-up organizations, most recently as chief operating officer for a clinical-stage biotech company. 

Foster previously worked in various global leadership roles at Medtronic, including in its Cardiovascular, Neuromodulation and Diabetes business segments, with roles including general manager, regional business vice president and global marketing vice president. Her time at Medtronic included a cumulative 10 years living in Switzerland, leading businesses across Europe, Middle East and Africa. 

She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota and has completed executive business and marketing programs at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Harvard University, University of Minnesota and IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland.
