William A. Ampofo II

William A. Ampofo II has served as a director of Baxter since June 2023. 

Ampofo joined The Boeing Company in 2016, currently serving as the leader of the Parts & Distribution business and the Supply Chain function for Boeing Global Services. He served on Boeing's Executive Council from 2020 to 2025 as chair of the Enterprise Supply Chain Operations Council. Prior to joining Boeing, Ampofo spent 22 years at United Technologies Corporation (UTC) working in roles of increasing responsibility related to finance, information technology, corporate strategy and operations. He is a member of The Executive Leadership Council (ELC) and currently serves on the board of trustees for The Episcopal School of Dallas and Cheshire Academy in Cheshire, Connecticut. In addition, he previously served on the boards of the General Aviation Manufacturers Association, Howard University's Center of Excellence in Supply Chain Management, and the Dallas Regional Chamber.
