Suppliers must notify Baxter before making any change that could affect product quality, regulatory filings, or compliance with defined requirements. This includes: 

  • Ensuring qualified personnel execute the change
  • Evaluating all risks to efficacy and safety
  • Documenting and communicating changes to Baxter in advance
  • Obtaining formal Baxter approval before implementation
